From the checked work area to a sorted handover, each operational step follows a defined sequence.
Building strip-out focuses on interiors, commercial properties and non-structural elements. Industrial dismantling focuses on production areas, operating equipment, racking and approved machine or plant components. Both require controlled execution, material movement and a clearly agreed handover condition.
Typical locations include offices, hotels, retail units, warehouses, workshops and industrial properties. Work is limited to controllable, non-structural elements unless specialist requirements have been separately assessed and assigned.
During conversions, modernisation or relocation, Trimova can dismantle approved workplace equipment, racking and mechanical components, then sort, label and prepare them for transport, reuse or disposal.
Materials can be separated into agreed categories and moved to defined collection zones. Reusable components are protected and stored separately, while disposal material is prepared for the responsible waste contractor.
Useful information includes photographs, drawings, quantities, access routes, floor levels, lifting requirements, disposal arrangements and the required schedule. Larger or more complex projects may require a site visit.
