From the checked work area to a sorted handover, each operational step follows a defined sequence.
Assignments may include workstations, operating equipment, racking, mechanical assemblies and approved machine or plant components. Media disconnection and specialist technical work must be completed or separately assigned before general dismantling begins.
Components can be dismantled in a defined sequence, labelled and protected for reuse, relocation or disposal. Weight, lifting points, access and required handling equipment are reviewed before mobilisation.
For conversions or shutdowns, teams can remove agreed sections of production lines, storage systems and associated equipment without presenting the service as complete engineering decommissioning.
Removed parts can be sorted, packaged, palletised and moved to handover areas. This connects dismantling directly with internal logistics and reduces unnecessary interfaces.
Electrical isolation, hazardous substances, heavy lifting, cranes and other specialist activities remain separate unless appropriate qualifications and responsibilities are expressly confirmed.
The exact scope depends on the plant, weight, connections and complexity. Work outside normal production hours is possible when planned in advance and when the required team and site approvals are available.
